- đź§‚ 2g salt
- 160g cake flour
- 4g baking powder
- 45ml grapeseed oil
- đź’§ 35ml water
- 🌰 50g chopped walnuts
- 50g almond flour
- 🌰 8 walnut halves for decoration
STEPS
Mix eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl until foamy, but not overly whipped. Add grapeseed oil and mix lightly.
Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold gently. Add chopped walnuts and mix lightly.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill muffin molds up to 80%. Place walnut halves on top for decoration.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–190°C for 25–30 minutes.
