INGREDIENTS

  • Fish

    • 200g wakasagi fish
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp flour
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 red paprika, thinly sliced
    • 🍋 4 slices of lemon
  • Seasoning

    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp vinegar

Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water to remove bitterness. Drain well. Slice the red paprika thinly and cut the lemon into quarter wedges.

Pat the wakasagi fish dry, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.

In a bowl, mix lemon slices with the ★ seasonings (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar). Add the onion and red paprika, and mix well.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Pan-fry the wakasagi fish until golden brown, flipping occasionally.

While the fish is still hot, add it to the bowl with the marinade. Mix and let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
