INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 2 slices kamaboko
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- đź§… 5 cm green onion (15g)
Broth
- 50 ml concentrated soy sauce base
- đź’§ 300 ml water
STEPS
Slice the green onion thinly. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain.
Place the frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions.
In a pot, combine the soy sauce base and water. Heat over medium heat until warm.
Serve the udon in a bowl, pour the broth over it, and top with wakame, green onion, and kamaboko slices.
