INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g daikon, sliced
Seaweed
- 5g dried wakame
Condiments
- Chili oil, to taste
Seasonings
- 400cc water
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- A dash of pepper
STEPS
Slice the daikon into thin pieces and soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate.
In a pot, bring 400cc of water to a boil.
Add the sliced daikon to the boiling water and cook until tender.
Add the rehydrated wakame, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and pepper to the pot.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve the soup hot and drizzle chili oil on top if desired.
