INGREDIENTS
Tofu
- 🥛 150g firm tofu
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 50g kimchi
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
STEPS
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water and let it cool.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in a bowl of water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix kimchi and the seasonings (soy sauce, sesame oil, ground sesame seeds). Tear the tofu into pieces by hand and add it along with the wakame. Mix well.
