INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- đź’§ 350ml water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Peel and thinly slice the onion and carrot.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a pot, bring 350ml of water to a boil.
Add the sliced onion, carrot, and rehydrated wakame to the pot.
Season with salt, chicken stock powder, and grated ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your wakame and onion ginger soup.
