INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 3 okra (36g)
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 400ml water
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on the okra (not listed in ingredients), roll it on a cutting board, rinse with water, and pat dry. Remove the stem and cut into 1cm slices.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add wakame and vermicelli, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sliced okra to the pot, cover, and simmer for an additional 1 minute.
