INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root, sliced
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- đź’§ 300ml water
STEPS
Slice the lotus root into thin pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.
Bring 300ml of water to a boil in a pot. Add chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced lotus root and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the rehydrated wakame and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy.
