Soak dried wakame in water until rehydrated, then squeeze out excess water. Cut chrysanthemum greens into 4cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix sesame seeds, mirin, and miso. Heat in a microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Add wakame and chrysanthemum greens, then toss to combine.
