    • 4g dried wakame
  • Protein

    • 🍗 150g skinless chicken breast
  • Vegetable

    • 🍅 1/4 tomato, diced
  • Seasoning

    • 10g anchovy paste
    • 2 tsp vinegar
    • 2g capers, chopped

Sprinkle salt on the chicken breast, place it on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2–3 minutes. Let it cool and shred finely.

Soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate, then squeeze out excess water. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.

Combine the chicken, wakame, and tomato with the dressing ingredients (anchovy paste, vinegar, and chopped capers). Toss well.
