STEPS
Remove the stems from the chosen vegetable and blanch in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Place the vegetables in a bowl and cut them into smaller pieces if needed.
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, soybean paste, perilla oil, sesame seeds, and mirin to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
Transfer the seasoned vegetables to a plate and serve.
