    • 1/2 red paprika, sliced
    • 🥑 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
    • 🥒 3 mini cucumbers, deseeded and sliced
    • 8 perilla leaves
    • Some pickled radish, squeezed dry

    • 🍚 1/2 cup cooked white rice
    • 8 tofu skins
  • Seasonings

    • 4g vegetable mix seasoning
    • 25g sushi vinegar sauce

STEPS

Prepare vegetables: slice yellow and red paprika into thin strips, peel and slice avocado, deseed and slice mini cucumbers, trim perilla leaves, and squeeze dry pickled radish.

Mix warm white rice with vegetable mix seasoning and sushi vinegar sauce. Stir well and let it cool.

Lay a squeezed tofu skin flat, place a perilla leaf on top, spread a spoonful of rice, and layer avocado at the bottom followed by other vegetables. Roll tightly with the perilla leaf first, then wrap with the tofu skin.
