- 200g of medium-sized noodles
Vegetables
- 1 zucchini (julienne cut)
- 1 carrot (julienne cut)
- đź§… 1/2 onion (diced)
Other Ingredients

- 100g of tofu (cubed)

STEPS
Boil water in a medium-sized pot, add noodles, and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, carrot, and zucchini, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add tofu to the pan and lightly fry, then add the prepared noodles and stir-fry together.
Create a space in the center of the pan, crack an egg, scramble, and mix with all the ingredients.
