Finely chop the bok choy. You can substitute with other vegetables if preferred.

Dice the ham into small pieces. Prepare any leftover ingredients from your fridge.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion, carrot, and ham for about 2 minutes over high heat.
