INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings of somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, julienned
- 🥬 30g shredded red cabbage
- 🥬 5 lettuce leaves
- 3 slices pickled radish
- 🍎 1/2 apple, sliced
Protein
- 1/2 can of canned shellfish
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 5-6 slices boiled pork
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, plum extract, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Slice and julienne the vegetables (cucumber, carrot, red cabbage, lettuce, pickled radish, and apple) and mix them gently with the prepared seasoning.
Boil the somyeon noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
Combine the noodles with the seasoned vegetables and mix gently until evenly coated.
Plate the bibim noodles, top with boiled egg slices, boiled pork slices, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
