STEPS
Remove stems from shiso leaves and chop finely. Remove the pit from umeboshi and chop finely.
Mix umeboshi, katsuobushi, and soy sauce in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix cooked rice, chopped shiso leaves, and chirimen jako. Divide into two portions.
Place one portion of rice mixture on plastic wrap, add the umeboshi mixture in the center, and shape into a ball. Wrap with nori.
