INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon
Vegetables

- A pinch of sliced chili
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp water

STEPS
Remove the core of the garlic and slice it thinly.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave according to the package instructions.
Heat olive oil, bacon, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat. Once the bacon becomes crispy, add the udon and stir-fry to coat it with oil.
Add water and salt, then stir-fry quickly over medium-high heat until evenly mixed.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
