INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 small can of tuna (100g)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp seaweed flakes
Seasonings
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Add all ingredients except egg and seaweed flakes into a small frying pan without turning on the heat. Mix well.
Turn on the heat and stir the mixture until it starts to boil. Cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
Crack an egg into the center of the pan. Lightly break the yolk and cook gently without fully mixing the egg.
Once the egg is half-cooked, remove from heat. Sprinkle seaweed flakes on top.
