INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Protein
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the potato and onion into large pieces. Chop the green chilies and green onion.
Lightly oil a pot and layer the potato slices at the bottom.
Add the remaining vegetables and place the canned tuna (with its liquid) on top.
Fill the empty tuna can with water three times and pour into the pot.
Add all the seasonings directly into the pot and mix well.
Cook until the potatoes are fully tender and the stew thickens.
