INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 canned tuna
- 🥬 60g spinach
- đź§€ 1 slice cheese
- 1 tsp grape seed oil
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
- a dash of sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 as needed ketchup
- as needed mustard sauce
STEPS
Wash the spinach thoroughly, remove excess water, and cut longer pieces in half.
Mix eggs with sesame oil and salt in a mini chopper until smooth, or strain through a sieve to remove egg threads.
Heat a pan and sauté spinach and canned tuna until spinach wilts. Use the oil from the tuna can for added flavor.
Transfer sautéed spinach and tuna to a plate. Wipe the pan clean, add grape seed oil, and pour egg mixture. Cook until 70% set, then add spinach, tuna, and cheese. Fold and cook evenly on both sides.
Drizzle ketchup and mustard sauce over the omelette before serving.
