    • 25g of kaiware sprouts
    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
  • Kimchi Sauce

    • 40g of minced kimchi
    • 🧅 30g of sliced green onion
    • 1/2 tbsp of mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Trim the roots of the kaiware sprouts and cut them into 1cm pieces. Slice the green onion thinly on a diagonal. Mince the kimchi.

In a bowl, mix the kimchi, green onion, and mentsuyu. Add the chopped tuna and kaiware sprouts, and mix well.
