INGREDIENTS
Main ingredients
- 🥬 2 cups of kimchi (finely chopped)
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (oil removed)
Seasonings and others
- 🧄 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 🍶 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 💧 4 cups of water
- 🌱 2 green onions (chopped)
- 🧈 1/2 block of tofu (sliced)
STEPS
In a pot, add the kimchi and stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Adding a little tuna oil at this point enhances the flavor.
Add water to the stir-fried kimchi and bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, add the tuna, minced garlic, soy sauce, and salt, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Add the tofu and green onions, let it simmer briefly, and it's done.
