    • 150g firm tofu
    • 1/2 bunch mizuna greens
    • 1/2 piece takuan (pickled radish)

    • 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds

Place firm tofu in a microwave-safe bowl, mash roughly, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain excess water.

Cut mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces. Slice takuan thinly and use a star-shaped cutter for decoration.

Mix ponzu soy sauce, olive oil, and ground sesame seeds in a bowl to prepare the dressing.

Place a small bowl in the center of a serving plate. Arrange mizuna greens, tofu, takuan, and tuna around it in a wreath shape. Pour the dressing over the salad.
