    • 🍚 2 packs of instant rice
    • 🐟 1 can of tuna (150g)
    • 🧅 15 cm green onion, chopped
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot, chopped
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🧂 A pinch of black pepper

STEPS

Chop 15 cm of green onion, 1/2 onion, and 1/3 carrot into small pieces.

Drain the oil from 1 can of tuna (150g) using a strainer.

Heat a frying pan on high heat, add the tuna oil, and stir-fry the green onion for about 2 minutes to create a fragrant green onion oil.

Add the chopped onion, carrot, and tuna to the pan and stir-fry together.

Push the ingredients to the side of the pan, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, and let it simmer slightly before mixing it with the other ingredients.

Add 2 packs of instant rice to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until the rice becomes slightly crispy.

Mix in 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and stir-fry once more.
