INGREDIENTS
Wonton Wrappers
- 20 wonton wrappers
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Tuna Cheese Mixture
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
- 🧅 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Binding Mixture
- Enough flour for binding
- 💧 Enough water for binding
STEPS
Drain the liquid from the tuna can and finely chop the green onion.
Mix the tuna, green onion, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and pizza cheese in a bowl.
Place a small amount of the mixture onto each wonton wrapper. Apply the flour-water mixture to the edges and fold to seal.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C and fry the wontons until golden brown.
