    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a pinch of salt and white pepper.

Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp of canola oil. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently with chopsticks until scrambled but not overcooked.

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, plum syrup, sesame oil, and rice wine in a small bowl.

In a dry pan, sauté the sliced onion and minced garlic. Add the sauce and stir well. Add half a can of tuna and cook until the onion and garlic are tender.

Place the cooked rice in a bowl. Top it with scrambled eggs and the sautéed onion-tuna mixture. Pipe mayonnaise over the dish for garnish.
