INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Protein
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
STEPS
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts. Cut the tomato into quarters and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the boiled egg into quarters. Place frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W according to package instructions. Rinse with water and drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, ground sesame, and ponzu soy sauce) in a bowl.
Arrange the udon noodles on a plate. Top with lettuce, tomato, drained tuna, boiled egg, and kaiware sprouts. Drizzle the sesame dressing over the dish.
