INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 35g canned tuna in oil
- 🥬 60g lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Rehydrate the dried seaweed in plenty of water. Cut the vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Boil water in a pot. Place the lettuce in a strainer and blanch for about 10 seconds. Remove and cool in cold water, then squeeze out excess water. Boil the vermicelli according to package instructions and drain.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the vermicelli, tuna, lettuce, and seaweed, then toss to combine.
