    • 🍑 3 small plums, pitted and mashed
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp miso

Cut tuna into 2cm cubes and slice green onions diagonally into 4cm pieces. Pit and mash the plums.

Mix the plum, mirin, and miso in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool slightly.

Add the tuna and green onions to the sauce and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
