Slice the green onion thinly at an angle. In a microwave-safe container, add halved spaghetti, green onion, water, salt, and drained tuna. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for the time indicated on the spaghetti package, checking occasionally. Drain excess water.

Add the seasoning ingredients (olive oil, grated garlic, salt, and pepper) and mix well.
