- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 100g grated daikon
- Kaiware sprouts, as needed

- 1 tbsp 2x concentrated mentsuyu
- Shredded nori, as needed
STEPS
Grate the daikon and drain excess water.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook spaghetti for 30 seconds less than the package instructions. Drain and plate the spaghetti.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the tuna can contents, and sauté for 1 minute. Add mentsuyu and stir to combine. Pour over the spaghetti.
