INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, grated
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp kombucha powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of pepper

Thinly slice the zucchini. Cut the myoga in half lengthwise and then into thin diagonal slices. Dice the tuna into 1cm cubes. Grate the ginger.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, kombucha powder, olive oil, and pepper) in a bowl. Add the prepared vegetables and tuna, then mix well.
