- 🥒 1/4 cucumber

- 🐟 1/2 can tuna (35g)

STEPS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water, then drain. Slice the cucumber thinly, sprinkle with salt, and pat dry with a paper towel once softened.
Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mash the potato while still hot using a fork.
