    • 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
  • Vegetables

    • 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
    • 🧅 50g minced onion
    • Chervil for garnish

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Peel and dice the avocado into 7mm cubes. Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.

Cut the tuna into 1cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix the tuna, avocado, onion, and all the condiments (soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and salt).

Place a ring mold on a plate, fill it halfway with the mixture, and press gently to flatten. Remove the mold and garnish with chervil. Repeat for the second serving.
