INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 500g rice cake slices
- 500g frozen dumplings
- 6 pieces kombu
- 150g enoki mushrooms
Broth Ingredients
- đź’§ 1L water
- 2 stock cubes
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
STEPS
Soak 6 pieces of kombu in 1L of water for at least 1 hour.
Bring the kombu water and stock cubes to a boil in a pot.
Rinse the rice cake slices and soak them in water for 10 minutes. Add to the boiling broth and cook for 3 minutes.
Add frozen dumplings to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Add sliced green onions, halved enoki mushrooms, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt and cook for 1 more minute.
