INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 250g rice cakes
- 🥟 250g frozen dumplings
- Adequate amount of frying oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 Adequate amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Defrost the rice cakes and dumplings if frozen, and remove excess moisture. Microwave defrosting is also an option.
Pan-fry the rice cakes first over low heat as they take longer to cook, then add the dumplings and stir-fry together.
Mix all sauce ingredients together to prepare the glaze.
Add the sauce to the pan and coat the rice cakes and dumplings evenly while stir-frying.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve.
