    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp garlic
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 1 stick rice cake
    • đź§… 1/2 onion
    • 1 red bell pepper
    • 1 green bell pepper
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍯 1 tbsp honey
    • Adequate olive oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds

STEPS

Marinate 150g beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp garlic, and a pinch of pepper.

Cut 1 stick of rice cake into 10cm pieces and quarter each piece.

Slice 1/2 onion, 1 red bell pepper, and 1 green bell pepper into thick strips.

Mix 4 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp honey to create the sauce.

Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and stir-fry the marinated beef.

Push the beef to one side of the pan and stir-fry the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper on the other side. Add the rice cake and stir-fry together.

Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry everything together.

Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds.
