INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- 100g lotus root, thinly sliced
Konnyaku
- 150g tsukikonnyaku
Oil & Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Spices
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
STEPS
Cut the carrot and lotus root into thin slices.
Boil tsukikonnyaku in water for 3 minutes and drain.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the tsukikonnyaku over low heat until coated.
Add carrot, lotus root, and chili to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until well combined. Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix.
