INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 1 block tofu for frying
- 🎃 100g boiled pumpkin
- 100g fresh sprouts
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
STEPS
Cut the tofu into quarters, then halve each piece diagonally to form triangles.
Press the sliced tofu with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat a pan with grapeseed oil and perilla oil, then fry the tofu until golden brown.
Microwave the pumpkin for about 4 minutes until soft.
Mash the cooked pumpkin using a fork or masher until smooth.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Make a small incision at the tip of each fried tofu triangle.
Fill the incision with a generous amount of mashed pumpkin.
Top the pumpkin-filled tofu with fresh sprouts.
Drizzle the prepared sauce over the tofu triangles to finish.
