- 2 spring roll wrappers
Filling
- 🥓 2 slices bacon

Cooking Oil

STEPS
Cut the spring roll wrappers into 4 equal strips vertically using kitchen scissors. Cut the melting cheese into 4 equal square pieces. Cut the bacon into 4 equal lengths.
Place a strip of spring roll wrapper vertically, add one piece of bacon and one piece of cheese. Wrap it into a triangle shape starting from the bottom, sealing the end with the flour-water mixture. Repeat to make 8 rolls.
Heat about 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C. Fry the rolls until crispy and golden brown.
Serve on a plate with ketchup on the side.
