INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 15cm grated yam
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Legumes
- 1 pack natto
Condiments
- 1 packet natto sauce
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
- 150cc 2x concentrated noodle sauce
Liquid
- đź’§ 300cc water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp aonori
Seafood
- to taste shirasu
Herbs
- đź§… to taste chopped green onion

- 2 packs frozen udon
STEPS
Grate the yam and mix the natto with its included sauce.
In a microwave-safe container, mix grated yam, egg, soy sauce, and aonori. Heat in a microwave at 600W for about 30 seconds.
Heat frozen udon according to the package instructions in the microwave and place in serving bowls.
In a pot, heat noodle sauce and water until boiling. Pour over the udon in bowls, top with grated yam mixture, shirasu, and chopped green onion.
