Seasonings

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a small amount of salt for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into chunks.
Heat a pan, add oil, crack the egg into the pan, and stir-fry until the egg sets. Set aside.
Add a small amount of oil to the same pan, stir-fry the beef until it changes color, then add the tomato chunks and let the juice come out.
Finally, add the fried egg back in, adjust the seasoning, and serve.
