Peel the carrot and cut it into 1.5cm thick sticks. Thinly slice the onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and onion, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low-medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add sausages, canned tomatoes, and seasonings (ketchup, salt, pepper). Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle pizza cheese on top and heat until melted. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
