- 150g beef slices
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍅 1 tomato
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

STEPS
Marinate beef slices with soy sauce for 5 minutes and set aside.
Cut tomato into chunks and beat eggs, set aside.
Heat the pan and add cooking oil, stir-fry beef until it changes color, then remove and set aside.
Add more oil to the pan, pour in beaten eggs and stir-fry until tender, then add tomato chunks and stir quickly.
Return the beef to the pan, stir-fry together with eggs and tomato, and finally season with salt.
