INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Soup Base
- 500cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the garlic chives into 1cm pieces and chop the tomato into bite-sized chunks. Beat the egg in a bowl until smooth.
In a pot, add the soup base ingredients (water, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper) and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the garlic chives and tomato to the boiling soup and cook briefly until softened.
Pour the beaten egg into the soup in a circular motion. Once the egg sets, turn off the heat.
