INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Canned Goods
- 1 can of tuna (70g), drained
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 150cc concentrated noodle soup base
- 1 tsp curry powder
Liquid
- đź’§ 150cc water
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
- đź’§ 1 tsp water
STEPS
Slice the onion thinly, dice the tomato into bite-sized pieces, and drain the tuna can.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the sliced onion.
Add water, noodle soup base, diced tomato, and drained tuna to the pot and mix well.
Bring to a boil, add the frozen udon noodles, and cook until the noodles loosen. Then add curry powder and the potato starch mixture, stirring to thicken.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
