INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Protein
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (30g), thinly sliced
Oil & Butter
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp consomme
STEPS
Cut sausages diagonally into thirds.
Slice onion and mushrooms thinly. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds and stem, and slice thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add sausages, onion, and mushrooms. Stir-fry over medium-low heat until onion softens.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, ketchup, and consomme. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to reduce water content.
Add spaghetti and bell pepper to the pan. Stir and heat for 2–3 minutes. Add butter and mix until melted.
