INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 170g beef sirloin
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 🥦 20g broccoli, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tsp herb salt
STEPS
Cut the beef sirloin into 2x2 cm cubes and season with herb salt.
Dice the yellow bell pepper and tomato into cubes. Chop the broccoli into small pieces.
Heat grapeseed oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the seasoned beef cubes to the pan and stir-fry until 2/3 cooked.
Add yellow bell pepper and tomato to the pan, then pour in balsamic vinegar and stir-fry.
Finally, add the blanched broccoli and stir briefly to combine.
Serve the colorful tomato beef stir-fry hot.
