    • 20g short-type glass noodles
    • 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
    • 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 💧 400ml water

STEPS

Cut the tomato into 3-4 wedges, then halve each wedge.

In a pot, add all the seasonings (☆) and heat over medium heat until it boils.

Add the dried wakame and glass noodles to the boiling pot. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato pieces and simmer briefly until heated through.
