INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 1 slice of sandwich bread (6-slice thickness)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, chopped
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna in oil (70g)
Dairy
- 🧀 1 tsp grated cheese
Sauce
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the tuna and mix well to create the sauce.
Tear the sandwich bread into pieces and place them in a heatproof dish. Top with the chopped tomato.
Pour the sauce over the bread and tomato. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
